1. Die Spiele finden nach den Regeln der FIFA und des ÖFB statt.
2. Die Spiele werden von offiziellen Schiedsrichtern geleitet. Linienrichter können von den Teams gestellt werden.
3. Gruppen:
Das Alter der Spieler wird vor Turnierbeginn überprüft – gültiger Lichtbildausweis.
5. Spielzeit für alle Kategorien 1 mal 25 Minuten.
6. Jeder Verein ist verpflichtet eine 2. Garnitur Dressen (andersfärbig) mitzubringen.
7. Auswechslungen:
Alle Kategorien unbegrenzter Rücktausch.
8. Ausrüstung: Fußballschuhe mit Stollen sind in allen Kategorien verboten.
9. Strafen für alle Alterskategorien:
Gelbe Karte/Verwarnung, Rote Karte/Feldverweis und Sperre für das nächste Spiel.
10. Sollte eine Mannschaft ohne entschuldbaren Grund zu spät zum Spiel kommen, wird das Spiel mit 3:0 strafbeglaubigt.
11. Falls Mannschaften innerhalb einer Gruppe punktegleich sind, gilt folgendes:
a) Torverhältnis - b) Anzahl der erzielten Tore – c) Ergebnis im direkten Spiel – d) Losentscheid.
12. Unentschieden im Viertel oder Semifinale – Penaltyschießen/5 Spieler.
13. Unentschieden im Finale – 1 mal 5 Minuten Verlängerung. Sollte es danach noch immer unentschieden stehen, kommt es zu einem Penaltyschießen/5 Spieler.
14. Falls etwas durch die Turnierregeln nicht gedeckt ist, entscheidet das Turniergericht.
15. Turnierveranstalter und Eurosportring übernehmen keine Haftung für Verletzungen, Schäden und Verlust von Eigentum.
16. Ein Spieler darf während des gesamten Turnieres nur für eine Mannschaft spielen.
17. Offizielle Turniersprache – „DEUTSCH“
18. Proteste nur schriftlich in deutscher oder englischer Sprache.
SCHLECHTWETTER PROGRAMM:
Bei Unbenützbarkeit des Spielfeldes (starker Regen) werden die Spiele mit Penaltyschießen fortgesetzt. Jeder Spieler der jeweiligen Mannschaft schießt 1 mal (11 Schützen Großfeld) U 13 (9), U 12 (8) U 11 (7.. Die Wertung des Penaltyschießens zählt als Ergebnis (z.B. 11.8). Punkte und Tordifferenz zählen auch für spätere Auswertungen, daher kann auch ein Penaltyschießen unentschieden enden. Für das Penaltyschießen gelten alle Punkte des offiziellen Turnierregelments!

The age of the players will be checked before the tournament starts - valid photo ID.
5. playing time for all categories 1 time 25 minutes.
6. each club is obliged to bring a 2nd set of kit (different color).
7. substitutions:
All categories unlimited substitutions.
8. equipment: soccer shoes with cleats are forbidden in all categories.
9. Penalties for all age categories:
Yellow card/warning, red card/reprimand, and suspension from the next game.
10. If a team is late for a game without an excusable reason, the game will be penalized 3-0.
11. if teams within a group are equal in points, the following will apply:
(a) goal ratio - (b) number of goals scored - (c) result in direct play - (d) draw.
12. draw in quarter or semifinal - penalty shootout/5 players.
13. draw in the final - 1 time 5 minutes overtime. If the score is still tied after that, there will be a penalty shootout/5 players.
14. if something is not covered by the tournament rules, the tournament court will decide.
15. tournament organizer and Eurosportring are not liable for injuries, damages and loss of property.
16. a player is allowed to play only for one team during the whole tournament.
17. official tournament language - "DEUTSCH".
18. protests only in writing in German or English language.
BAD WEATHER PROGRAM:
If the playing field is unusable (heavy rain), games will continue with penalty shootouts. Each player of the respective team shoots 1 time (11 shooters large field) U 13 (9), U 12 (8) U 11 (7.. The score of the penalty shootout counts as a result (e.g. 11.8). Points and goal difference also count for later evaluations, therefore a penalty shootout can also end in a draw. All points of the official tournament rules are valid for the penalty shootout!
